On the 31st May 2014 my first play Altitude was performed at the Zion Centre Bristol, as part of their Short Sharp Shows series.
Altitude is the story of three strangers in a hot air balloon. Marcy is desperately excited about her first flight, whilst Mike is wrapped in so many layers of clothing he looks like the Michelin Man. Bran, the pilot, is clearly having an off-day and worryingly seems to be taking swigs from a hip flask. As they take to the sky, each of them is challenged and forced to re-access their values as they glide over Bristol and Bath.
Also performed that evening was: Dancing in the Moonlight, by Martin Fey, No Agencies, by my talented friend Andy Alderson, and Wish You Were Here, by Kevin Cattell.
The plays were directed by Ellen Abrahams-Williams.
